Terms, Conditions, and Important Information
Please read through this info page carefully before sending a commission request.- Commission requests will not be chosen on a first-come, first-serve basis
- I reserve the right to decline a commission request
- Payment will be 100% upfront
- Commercial use of commissions at any stage (i.e. from the rough sketch to the final product) is prohibited
- Personal use (including personal social media layouts/backgrounds/icons, printing for self/friends, etc.) is allowed
- Completed commissions may be used by me as samples
- Completed commissions will be posted to my social media only with your permissionSUBJECT MATTER
Current personal interests are FE3H, NCT127/SVT but will draw:
- Fanart, OCs (no furries or mecha)
- Minimal gore/horror
- Ship artI will not be accepting NSFW requests.TIMELINES
I will be working on commissions outside of my daytime job hours along with other projects and obligations. Therefore, COMMISSIONS WILL BE SLOW. Depending on complexity, kindly expect roughly 6-8 weeks after approval of the rough sketch for the commission to be completed. Full illustration commissions will take longer.The commission process will be divided into two stages: the rough sketch and the final draft. I will check-in with you at the end of each stage for revisions.After approval of the final product, the completed illustration will be given to you as a PNG file and PDF (flattened PSD can be requested).PAYMENTS
All payments will be in USD and completed through paypal. An additional 2.9% will be charged on top of the commission price to account for paypal's 2.9% transaction and fixed conversion fees.REFUNDS
Full refunds can only be requested after 30 calendar days from day of payment and if there is no progress on your commission.There will be no full refunds after a commission has been started. Any personal or commercial use of incomplete work is prohibited.If a refund is requested any time during the rough sketch stage and prior to rough sketch approval: 50% of the commission price (excluding the 2.9% additional fee) will be refunded. The rough sketch will not be sent to you after refund.If a refund is requested after the rough sketch is approved and the commission is still in progress: up to 30% of the commission price (excluding the 2.9% additional fee) will be refunded. The amount refunded will be decided by myself, and depends on how much of the commission I've completed. The work in progress will not be sent to you after refund.If a refund is requested after the commission is fully completed before or after the final draft is sent for review/approval, no refund of any amount will be granted. Any requests for further revisions will not be honoured, and the completed illustration will be sent to you.OTHER INFORMATION
